At Trim-A-Weigh we understand everybody's nutritional needs are different.
It s why we have designed three sized calorie controlled meals.
Just how many calories you intake each day depends on array of variables such as your age, height, whether your male or female, how much daily exercise you perform, your lean body mass and ultimately your weight loss goals.
The amount of protein you need to digest each day also varies between each individual and everyone requires enough fibre, fluid, vitamins and minerals to maintain a good healthy diet.
When you place your order with Trim-A-Weigh, we calculate your calorie (energy) level to suits your own personal needs as everyone is different.
Our full program provides the right balance of protein, vitamins and minerals for each individual so you can rest assured you will be eating healthy well balanced meals formulated under the guidance of our accredited practising dietician Katherine Warth.
Below is an example of the overall goals for each of the three meals. Snacks are included on the 1200 and 1400 calorie plans to achieve the desired energy level.
