BREAKFAST

The most important meal of the day!

We offer a variety of popular and healthy breakfasts to help start your day

Recognized cereals, fresh fruit, breads for toasting and accompaniments e.g. egg, baked beans or cheese and tomato all packaged individually. Tea and coffee are included. Milk is an optional extra.



LUNCH

A delightful array of fresh and nutritious lunches packed individually for your convenience.

Lunches include ready made fresh salads and sandwiches and some heartwarming lunches that just need to be heated.

SNACKS

1000 calories per day – fresh fruit

1200 calories per day – Fresh fruit and a snack box which includes flavoured yoghurt, fruit cake, cheese and biscuits

1400 calories per day – Fresh fruit and a snack box which includes flavoured yoghurt, fruit cake, cheese and biscuits, plus a supper pack which includes fresh fruit, yogurts, cheese, muesli bars and biscuits.
