 Just wanted to tell you that I'm very happy with Trim-a-Weigh.
Between getting myself a personal trainer at the local gym and getting Trim-a-Weigh every week, people have really noticed a difference in my physique. More importantly, though, I have noticed a difference in my general health and happiness. I'm never hungry anymore (and, as a result, don't drive to the nearest Maccas or service station to snack on junk food), I enjoy a much wider range of meals than I ever have before in my life, and I can see/feel a gradual improvement in my health, fitness and body shape.

I am a very happy customer of Trim-A-Weigh. This is the third time I have chosen this company to help me with my weight loss. To date I have lost 19 kilos but I still want to lose more. When I phone up, Lynne is most obliging and always takes care of my dietary needs. I buy the full 7 day program, 1200 calorie plan and pre-pay for 4 weeks thus receiving a discount. I am happy with their selection and variety of foods, and the fact that the delivery trucks do not advertise to my neighbours that I am on a diet. If for any reason I have a spare meal (due to attending a special function) my husband is only too pleased to eat it. In fact, on our recent holiday we took 10 of the dinners away with us for both of us to eat. Not only was it convenient (all they needed was heating in a microwave) but I could enjoy my holiday and still lose my weight.
