DELIVERY and PAYMENT DETAILS

The home delivery services of Trim-A-Weigh are very personal as all meals are delivered in an unmarked vehicle to ensure privacy. Deliveries are made at a time to suit the individual as close as is possible.

All deliveries are carried out between 8am and 7pm.

It is very difficult to give a specific time for your suburb however please feel free to telephone us and we will be able to give you a time within 2-3 hours of the delivery time for your area.

Please be advised that it is very difficult to give exact times for deliveries. We endevour to call as close as we can at a time that is suitable to you.

REFRIGERATED/FREEZER VEHICLES:

As we deliver in our own refrigerated/freezer vehicles we only need to pack your meals in an esky if you are not at home. Please leave an esky out if you are at work or unable to be there. If you do not have an esky please let us know and we will loan you one of ours.

If your suburb does not appear here, don’t panic please phone us so we can rectify the situation and let you know when we can deliver to you.

Country areas - where reliable freight services are available. The freight is at the customers expense.

PAYMENT is required on delivery and in the case of country areas, prior to meals being freighted. Payment can be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard and Amercian Express only are accepted). Credit card payments can be made by phone. Personal cheques are accepted by prior arrangements. 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
